Data Governance
Data Governance
- Consulting – providing data management, actionable expert advice, to solve problems, performance improvement, or achieve specific goals. Where needed it can be assisted in implementing the solutions.
- Maturity assessment – with the Gartner Data Governance Maturity Model as reference, the level of data maturity within the organization can be assessed. There are five levels of maturity. The output provides a simple dashboard to be used as starting point for a (revised) data maturity ambition. The maturity model focusses on seven key building blocks – Vision – Strategy – Metrics – Information governance – Organization and roles – Information life cycle – Enabling infrastructure
- Coaching – guiding individuals or teams to improve their performance in data governance and achieve specific related goals.
- Project management – leading a data governance project or supporting a project for its data governance.
