Organizational Change Management
Organizational Change Management
- Individual coaching – guiding individuals to improve their performance in data governance and achieve their data goals set. Effective coaching aims to empower clients by enhancing their self-awareness, developing their skills, and supporting them in overcoming obstacles.
- Leadership coaching – differs from individual coaching. This style of coaching focusses on (data) leaders to have them act as mentors and facilitators, focusing on individual and team growth rather than simply directing tasks. It emphasizes developing employees’ skills, building confidence, and achieving both personal and professional goals through guidance, support, and feedback.
- Team coaching – guiding team members collectively and individually to first to think and operate as a team by building trust and encourage accountability; and in parallel or as a next step, improve their team performance in data governance and goals set.
- Staffing / data talent acquisition support – providing guidance on organizational development (‘data operating model’), and data talent management.
